Acceptance of terms
By accessing the MindLeap website or using any MindLeap product you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using our products on behalf of a school or district, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Use of the services
MindLeap products are licensed, not sold. Licences are granted per school or district under a separate agreement and may not be resold, sublicensed or used to build a competing product.
Accounts
Educators and administrators are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
Intellectual property
All software, content, trademarks and designs on this site and in our products are owned by MindLeap or its licensors. Lesson content created by educators remains the property of the educator or their institution.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindLeap is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
