We collect the information you provide when you request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or use our products, such as your name, work email, school or district, and usage data generated inside the MindLeap platform.
Student data
Student data processed through LeapBoard, MindStream, InsightEdge and Learning Pathways belongs to the school. We act as a processor on the school's behalf, never sell student data, and comply with FERPA, COPPA and applicable state student-privacy laws.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve our products, provide support, communicate about updates, and generate aggregated, de-identified insights on learning outcomes.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and audited regularly. We follow industry-standard security frameworks and undergo independent reviews.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@mindleaphq.com. Schools can request full export or deletion of their student records.
